How exactly do
we mobilize our
greatest asset?

TEAM SPONSORHIP

Supporting our team members when they come together to support a charity they are passionate about is important. That’s why we match donation funds for teams of Aero employees participating in a fundraising event. In the past, we’ve helped support organizations like the American Cancer Society, Autism Speaks, JDRF, the March of Dimes, Relay for Life, Susan G. Komen and so many more amazing charitable organizations.

VALUES MONTH

Although we live our values on a daily basis, a full month is dedicated each year to reinforcing our values across the organization. During values month, our Storeline teams receive paid time-off to volunteer in their local communities. Team members have donated their time to local hospitals, reading programs, food banks, animal shelters and more. We estimate that during Values Month, employee contribute over 6,000 hours to their communities.

HOLIDAY BEAR GIVEAWAY

During the holiday season, each of our stores receive a supply of Aero Teddy Bears to donate to local hospitals and children’s organizations. In addition to choosing the specific organization that will most benefit from the bears, our associates make the donation in person. Over the last several years, we have donated over 350,000 Aero Bears.

Aero Gives Back Day

Aero Gives Back Day is an opportunity for our corporate employees to leave their desks behind and participate in a full day of volunteering during working hours. Coming together and making use of their many talents, our teams have led resume writing courses, arts & crafts projects with children, painted school murals, done garden work and more. These projects provide our team members with the opportunity to leave a lasting impression on members of our local communities.
